رجحت وكالة «فارس» الإيرانية، احتمال التوصل إلى تفاهم بين طهران وواشنطن بشأن إطلاق جولة مفاوضات جديدة، بعد أن أصدر الرئيس مسعود بزشكيان توجيهات ببدء مسار المفاوضات النووية، في مؤشر إلى تحرك رسمي لبحث إمكانية الدخول في محادثات مع الولايات المتحدة ضمن إطار يقتصر على الملف النووي.

ونقلت وكالة «تسنيم» الإيرانية عن مصدر مطلع تأكيده احتمال بدء مفاوضات بين إيران والولايات المتحدة خلال الأيام القادمة، بمشاركة مسؤولين رفيعي المستوى من الجانبين.

وحسب المصدر فإن مكان وزمان اللقاء لم يحسما حتى الآن، مرجحاً أن تجرى هذه المحادثات المحتملة على مستوى وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي والمبعوث الأمريكي ستيف ويتكوف.

وكان المتحدث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية إسماعيل بقائي أفاد، اليوم الإثنين، بأن طهران تدرس تفاصيل مختلف المسارات الدبلوماسية لمعالجة التوترات مع الولايات المتحدة، مضيفاً أن إيران تأمل في التوصل إلى نتائج في الأيام المقبلة.

وقال بقائي: إن دول المنطقة هي الوسيط في الرسائل المتبادلة، لافتاً إلى تبادل الرسائل حول نقاط مختلفة، ونقرر وندرس حالياً تفاصيل كل مسار دبلوماسي نأمل أن يحقق نتائج خلال الأيام القادمة.

وردا على سؤال حول تصريح ترمب عن تحديده مهلة لإيران، خلال مؤتمر صحفي، قال بقائي «تتصرّف إيران دائماً بنزاهة وجدية في العمليات الدبلوماسية، لكنها لا تقبل أبداً الإنذارات. لذا، لا يمكن تأكيد هذا الادعاء».

وكان وزير الخارجية عباس عراقجي، شدد على أهمية بناء الثقة لإجراء مفاوضات مع الولايات المتحدة وسط تصاعد التوترات. وقال لشبكة «سي إن إن» الأمريكية: «للأسف، لقد فقدنا ثقتنا في الولايات المتحدة شريكاً في التفاوض».

ورداً على سؤال عن كيفية البدء بعملية تفاوض ذات مغزى، قال: «نحن بحاجة إلى التغلب على حالة عدم الثقة هذه».

وأخبر عراقجي شبكة «سي إن إن» أن «بعض الدول الصديقة في المنطقة» كانت «تحاول بناء الثقة وتمهيد الأرضية لمفاوضات ذات مغزى، ونحن نعمل معهم ونتبادل الرسائل». ووصف عراقجي هذه المحادثات بأنها «مثمرة».

وحذّر عراقجي من أن الحرب ستكون كارثة للجميع، لافتاً إلى أن إيران تعلمت دروساً كثيرة في الحرب الأخيرة. وقال إنه يرى بلاده الآن مستعدة جيداً، مضيفاً أن الاستعداد لا يعني أن إيران تريد الحرب.

The Iranian agency "Fars" has suggested the possibility of reaching an understanding between Tehran and Washington regarding the launch of a new round of negotiations, after President Masoud Bezhakian issued directives to begin the nuclear negotiations process, indicating an official move to explore the possibility of entering talks with the United States within a framework limited to the nuclear file.

Iran's "Tasnim" agency reported from an informed source confirming the likelihood of negotiations between Iran and the United States starting in the coming days, with the participation of high-level officials from both sides.

According to the source, the location and timing of the meeting have not yet been determined, suggesting that these potential talks might take place at the level of Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and U.S. envoy Steve Wietkoff.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baqaei stated today, Monday, that Tehran is studying the details of various diplomatic paths to address tensions with the United States, adding that Iran hopes to achieve results in the coming days.

Baqaei said that the countries in the region are intermediaries in the exchanged messages, noting that messages have been exchanged on various points, and we are currently deciding and studying the details of each diplomatic path that we hope will yield results in the coming days.

In response to a question about Trump's statement regarding setting a deadline for Iran during a press conference, Baqaei said, "Iran always acts with integrity and seriousness in diplomatic processes, but it never accepts ultimatums. Therefore, this claim cannot be confirmed."

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi emphasized the importance of building trust to conduct negotiations with the United States amid rising tensions. He told CNN: "Unfortunately, we have lost our trust in the United States as a negotiating partner."

In response to a question about how to begin a meaningful negotiation process, he said, "We need to overcome this state of distrust."

Araghchi informed CNN that "some friendly countries in the region" have been "trying to build trust and pave the way for meaningful negotiations, and we are working with them and exchanging messages." He described these talks as "fruitful."

Araghchi warned that war would be a disaster for everyone, noting that Iran has learned many lessons from the last war. He said he sees his country now well-prepared, adding that being prepared does not mean that Iran wants war.
